Now’s the time to say Merry Christmas and Happy New year, and it’s also a time to log out of work.

Christians take the time to reflect on their faith and the birth of the messiah. It’s also a time people travel to celebrate with their loved ones living in different parts of the world.

However, even as we celebrate and edge on to the New Year, here are things to bear in mind:

Plan your Strategy for the next year.

This is a good time to evaluate what you and your company did over the course of the year. It’s also a great opportunity to rethink and check to ṣe what worked with your company and what didn’t work. It’s also time to evaluate your digital presence and your company’s visibility.

Ask for feedback

We are all guilty of this. We think that we perhaps did well with our team, not knowing that we may babe ruffled a lot of feathers. Now’s the time to ask for honest feedback from our peers to see where we did well or did wrong in our interpersonal interactions. If asked properly, you could get feedback that can help you change for the better with the incoming year.

Let’s not belabor this. Christmas is a time to make merry and spread the spirit of love. Let’s do that. Put a smile on someone’s face. Be a ray of light in someone’s life. Merry Christmas and a happy new year.

God bless you.
